Vicki GordonVicki Gordon is the founder of Collins Gordon Group (CGG), a public affairs firm that provides strategic counsel on business strategies for social change.

Ms. Gordon brings to CGG over 30 years of experience as a corporate executive.   From 1989 until 2008 she was with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world's largest hotel companies, where she held leadership roles in consumer marketing, new product development, brand management and public affairs.

Gordon has worked extensively with various departments of the federal government, most notably with the U.S. Department of Justice on matters related to the Americans with Disabilities Act.  She has also worked with members of Congress on matters of importance to industry such as immigration reform, expanded access to H2B visas, travel promotion, data privacy, electronic commerce tax issues, and implementation of homeland security measures mandated by the Department of Homeland Security.

She serves on the boards of the Roosevelt Warms Springs Development Fund, The Public Affairs Council, The Tropics Foundation and Literacy Action, Inc.  She also chairs the Women In Lodging Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.  She is past chair of the board of the Southeast Chapter for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF; past chair of the National Hotel Alliance; and she is also a former ex-Officio member of the Georgia Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities.

In 2005, she led IHG’s global tsunami relief efforts, ultimately raising over $1M for humanitarian aid.  For this effort she was subsequently recognized by the Australia-New Zealand-America Chamber of Commerce for her humanitarian work. 

She also created and was the driving force behind the innovative and unique Designs of Hope fundraiser, with monies raised directed to UNICEF to benefit children made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS.  From 2002 through 2007, Designs of Hope raised more than $5 million for UNICEF.  She was honored by both the Atlanta and Chicago chapters of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF for her leadership on Designs of Hope.

Ms. Gordon has been named one of "Twenty Women Who Make A Difference" by Minorities and Women In Business magazine, one of the "Most Powerful Women in Travel" by Travel Agent magazine, and one of Atlanta Woman magazine's "Power Women of 2007.”

Kristin Boeke-Greven

Kristin Boeke-Greven is a writer with extensive experience crafting speeches, Kristin Boeke-Grevenpresentations and articles for senior executives from companies and associations in a variety of industries.

She writes for senior executives from home-improvement giant Lowe's Companies, Inc.; IT management software provider CA; Whirlpool Corporation; The Coca-Cola Company; InterContinental Hotels Group (which owns the Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and InterContinental hotel brands); strategy consultancy Bain & Company; and the IAHI, the owners’ association of InterContinental Hotels Group.

Kristin spent nine years at Golin/Harris, one of the largest public relations agencies in Chicago. As a Vice President there, she managed corporate, business-to-business and consumer marketing programs for clients, including Lowe’s Companies, Owens Corning, Pergo, The Home Safety Council, Holiday Inn Worldwide, W Hotels, and MasterCard International. 

Early in her career, Kristin worked for the New York State Assembly, first as a press secretary and speechwriter, then as regional communications manager for the Speaker’s Communications Office.  She also worked for the Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee, where she served as campaign manager for New York State Assembly candidates.  Kristin began her career as a legislative aide to the Wisconsin State Senate Majority Leader.

Susan GoldmanSusan Goldman

Susan Goldman is an award-winning speechwriter with extensive experience crafting speeches and presentations for senior executives and CEOs in a variety of industries.  She regularly writes speeches for senior executives of McDonald's Corporation; InterContinental Hotels Group (which owns the Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and InterContinental hotel brands); home-improvement giant Lowe's Companies, Inc.; and MasterCard International. She has also done work for senior executives of The Coca-Cola Company, American Red Cross, KPMG and Abbott Laboratories.

Susan spent 15 years at Golin/Harris Communications, one of the largest public relations agencies in Chicago. As a Senior Vice President and Account Director there, she managed corporate, business-to-business and consumer marketing programs, and also served as the primary speechwriter for the CEOs of Holiday Inn Worldwide, MasterCard International and Pergo, Inc. Her speech for the retiring CEO of Holiday Inn won the Bronze Anvil in 1997.

In addition to speechwriting, Susan has expertise in branding, corporate identity, executive communications and franchise/member communications. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards and nominations from the Public Relations Society of America, Creativity in Public Relations Awards, and Publicity Club of Chicago.

Quinn HudsonQuinn Hudson

Quinn Hudson, APR

Quinn has more than 25 years of experience in public relations, executive communications, public affairs and community relations. He has provided communications counsel and programs for Delta Air Lines, UPS, Georgia-Pacific, Recall Corporation, Coca-Cola North America and Matria Healthcare, among others. Quinn managed the Olympics sponsorship program for Xerox Corp. during the Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games in 1996. For several years he led business-to-business communications at GCI Group, one of Atlanta’s largest and most respected agencies.

Quinn is a member of the program committee for the Commerce Club of Atlanta, the membership committee for the Midtown Alliance, the Logistics Council for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Mollye Rhea

Mollye RheaMollye Rhea has over 20 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing and spearheading programs for cause and partnership marketing to benefit non-profits and corporations at both national and local levels.

Mollye spent eight years with the Arthritis Foundation national headquarters, and in her role as Group Vice President of Strategic Marketing Alliances she led the organization through a paradigm shift toward greater integration and seamless delivery of key nationwide initiatives, and secured funding through the development and delivery of cause-marketing programs.

Her broad professional experience also includes time with advertising industry giants McCann-Ericson and Young and Rubicam as well as a  leadership role with InterContinental Hotels Group, where she had responsibility for marketing strategy for Holiday Inn hotels.

Mollye is active with the American Marketing Association, and she has launched a Non Profit Special Interest Group for the Atlanta chapter of the AMA. Mollye has also served on the Steering Committee for the Buckhead Business Association’s Leadership Development Program and is a graduate of that association’s Leadership Development Class of 2001. She is a regular guest speaker at industry and association conferences on the topic of cause marketing including the Cause Marketing Forum, the Georgia Center for Non Profits, IEG International Event Group, the Southeastern Council of Foundations and more.
