I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Vicki Gordon of the Global Soap Project (GSP).   Vicki was a guest speaker at the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) on August 11, 2011.  When I was charged with the task of organizing weekly speakers and events for MODA’s exhibition on bathroom design, I immediately thought of GSP. Our exhibition featured innovative, opulent bathroom fixtures and vignettes.  I was interested in presenting the contrast between the bathrooms that we have become to accustomed to in the United States with the problem of accessibility to clean water and adequate facilities that exists in other parts of the world. 
Vicki immediately saw the connection between MODA’s exhibition and the GSP.  She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of organizing the event.  She was very professional and proved to be an engaging public speaker.  She connected with the audience and held their attention with her sense of humor and effective use of visual aids.  She tailored her presentation to our patrons and presented the material in an accessible and relevant way.  The audience was captivated throughout the presentation and they raised several questions, which Vicki graciously answered.
